By accessing or using Guardrail ("the Service"), operated by EL AI Intelligence, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Guardrail is an AI policy enforcement platform that classifies requests to use tools as safe, dangerous, or unknown using deterministic inference. The Service is provided as SaaS (Software as a Service) and accessed via API and web console.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and passkeys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
API keys are tied to your organization and are subject to the rate limits and check limits of your subscription tier. You may not share API keys outside your organization. We reserve the right to revoke keys that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees applicable to your selected plan. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the ELLM kernel or its classification network; (b) use the Service to build a competing product; (c) attempt to circumvent usage limits by creating multiple free accounts; (d) use the Service for illegal purposes.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may schedule maintenance with advance notice. In the event of an outage, we will work to restore service promptly.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
